We're honored to work with a select few homebuilders. (Again, we focus the area we serve to the east side of metropolitan Portland - though we're pleased to refer residential - and commercial property - sellers and buyers to other Realtors® whom we know and respect.)

Our relationship with these builders comes from our finding single lots or large parcels that are subsequently subdivided, with homes built upon that land. We earn our living by selling the homes that are built. In 2005 alone we'll sell approximately 200 homes in this manner, with even more sales having to do with the purchase of more vacant land upon which more homes will be built.
